It came up during jury selection, that one of the jurors selected was a former WaPo reporter. Unless there are two "former reporter" types on the jury, it's him. [of course, I wouldn't stake my life on this info, it's just something I gleaned off some blog like FireDogPuke, so who knows?]

Yes .. that was mentioned in discussions about the jury. He's FORMERly with WaPo (also, an author ;).

Did you know he was with the WashPost before today? Did I miss that? It was brought out in voir dire. If you liked that you'll love learning (unless someone else pointed it out already) that he was a neighbor of Russert's until very recently. I have no idea how he managed to be kept on as a juror.
