The real precedent set here, actually, is that nobody should ever talk to the FBI or testify to a grand jury ever again. Plead the 5th, using this case as an example of how any mistake on your part, even if unintentional (or not even a mistake, but something contradicted by other testimony), can lead to prosecution.

IOW: "I do not recall."
