If you were Libby's attorney, would you object that a former Washington Post associate would serve on the jury in Washington D.C.?

Jury selection is more art than science. If the attorney thought the guy might be objective - and even someone who understood the wheelings and dealings in DC - he might want to keep 'em.

Libby had one of the best defense attorneys in DC. He lost fair and square - with a pathetic defense.

You didn't answer the question though. I assume you know the Washington Post history. Any attorney would I would think.
