All Libby had to do was not lie and he could not have been convicted of perjury or obstruction of justice. Libby's crime was lying to investigators. Plame status was and is irrelevant to Libby's crimes.

The whole issue of whether leaking Plame's name was a crime or not wasn't even part of this trial. If that were the issue in this trial then the facts surrounding her status would have been relevant, but for the purposes of this trial, those facts are irrelevant and always will be irrelevant

Yep, lol, as if Libby, a lawyer, would lie over and over and over to numerous law enforcement, about conversations with his enemies, the MSM, knowing those dozens of people who could testify against him? When he could have taken the 5th?

Fitz had ZERO evidence to back up any lying, unlike with Stewart who tampered with phone logs.
