Will they even bother with sentencing? :)
I would expect that if it comes back guilty, this'll go straight to appeals. So... it won't be over for a while.
I will assume they will ask for bail pending appeal - I can't think of a reason they wouldn't grant it, but nothing regarding this case has made since from the day I found out Fitz knew Armitage was the leak and went through with this prosecution anyway.
Any judge with an ounce of decency, even if there was a guilty verdict, would give Scooter a nominal sentence and then suspend it.
