I believe Scooter is a lawyer by trade. I am still surprised that he answered a question directly about something that was years old. I can't tell you what I said to my wife on October 15, 2005 at 14:30 - even though there is a record that we talked on the phone. Make them come up with notes that "refresh" your memory.

I'm afraid they spend all this time trying to figure out a way to find him guilty.

Not looking good for Scooter because the best I thought he could hope for was a hung jury coming in that it's a DC jury. I hope I'm wrong.

I think he will be found guilty of at least one count, but I won't be surprised if they find him guilty on all with the way our luck has been lately. But I hope I'm 100% WRONG!

Theoretically, he could get 30 years. The potential for 30 years based on something that happened that wasn't a crime. Just amazing. And Bill and Hillary are walking free.
Maybe Fitz could next go after people who have really damaged the country ---- THE SCUMBAGS OF NEW YORK FREAKING TIMES.

I honestly have not followed this since the news about Armitage was revealed.
I thought Armitage was the cause of all this? Am I wrong?

Poor Libby! Screwed by the D.C. liberal clowns. The junk journalists like Russert and Mitchell are breathing a big sigh of relief.
