Thanks for the links. I always thought soy was good for us.

The general rule is that if it's fermented like soy sauce, miso, etc. it is good for you. Afterall, Asian cultures have been eating fermented soy products for thousands of years without problem.

If it's not fermented or (even worse) raw, then it's not good for men at all and women should be really careful. I would avoid raw soybeans and soy milk like the plague.

As far as meat substitutes, I eat either gluten or a product called Quorn, which is made from mushrooms.

Actually not even fermented soy. I'll have to find links but it's all bad, for all men.

And you know, just think of the Asian men's....um. You know. It's SMALLER than other cultures.
