2%ers will be irrelevant yet again.

Those "2%ers" include many Libertarians and independents who are concerned about the expansion of power of the federal government. Perhaps you missed the story about the FBI abusing the Patriot Act. If Giuliani's elected, expect the War on Drugs to escalate, more federal laws under the guise of "national security," and an expansion of federal law enforcement personnel.

It's 2 years till the election

Hillary may not even beat Obama.

But only Rudy can beat Hillary?

I don't want this to sound rude, but I can't think of another way to say it.

I sometimes wonder if many the Rudy supporters are lazy.

They want a win, but they see a chance to win without having to invest all that time and money.

Conservatives need to understand that Rudy is the most likely to defend America in this war against determined killers

Duncan Hunter is a Vietnam combat veteran, and served as Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee.

Rudy is "Most likely to defend America"? Nope!

Much more is involved than mere recitation of "facts" about Giuliani's record including incessant photos of charitable/theatrical performances, exaggerations of the "record", misrepresentation of some of it and outright falsehoods including allegations of ties to organized crime. This against a man who endangered his life prosecuting these animals and sent hundreds of the leaders to prison.

Rhetoric will not make your message true. You cannot find ONE statement by me that people should "blindly" or unquestioningly accept Giuliani. But those who do not see any difference between him and Hillary are DEFINITELY on the margin and will become more so it they remain that clueless.

Fortunately Rudy is a hell of a lot smarter than you give him credit for which is why you will not be able to beat him. He knows what the political weaknesses he has are and he will accomodate them.

"The only thing Rudy has going for him is post-911 name recognition." What a foolish and false statement. Giuliani is a brilliant man and the best communicator among the possibles. Audiences are enrapt listening to hima as than at CPAC showed. He is not a man that can be put into any pat ideological position. He is not really a liberal or a conservative but a do'er. No one will lay a glove on him in debate either. You seriously underestimate him. And that is fatal.

So the Rudy Giuliani Traveling Road Show should have taken over New Orleans? Quixotic.

"Those '2%ers' include many Libertarians and independents who are concerned about the expansion of power of the federal government." Same cast of characters with same list of complaints. What is new?

Rudy does well because he has a combination of high name recognition, as well as low negatives.

When the population gets the news that he's an abortion advocate, he's toast.

I am so fed up with people on this forum attempting to push Rudy on as as the only choice, when the strong trend on FR itself is against Rudy.

The vast majority of the Freepers are in the know about Rudy, and with time, so will the general public.

he has nowhere to go... but down. Let's say he peaked WAY too early.

I can't wait until we are finished talking about him.

I've said it before - mark my words - it's MITT!

Than we will lose for sure. Nobody is going to vote for a Kerry Clone. Flip Flopper at the max. Forget that! I can't believe we would follow the exact same mistakes that the Democrats did last election with Kerry. We are not that stupid I hope.

I've been debating with myself whether to respond, whether you are seriously asking, or trying to create dissonance. I'll take a chance.

Are you aware of the reaction in utero of John when Mary the Mother of Jesus, pregnant with Jesus, walked into the room where Elizabeth (John's Mother) was? There are several cited ages for Jesus at that time, the earliest I've seen is six weeks in the womb for Jesus and six months for John.

Now, I return to the point you tried to avoid earlier: why would you assume there is no being there in the womb at an early age when there is no proof and fair indication in science that a being IS (at least one) there from conception onward?
