I have noticed that whenever these dems are asked about how they think their chances are of getting these goofy bills passed...most of them will say something like...
"If we don't NOW, we will in 2009"....
IOW...this is all for show and for campaigning for the dems.
I've noticed that too. I guess it's their way of saying they're impotent.
