California Assemblyman Chuck DeVore wants to remove a law passed in 1954 that noted, Communists cannot have a political party in the state of California and, you cannot hold elected office in one country and hold office in a California elected office.
The Communist party is the most evil party on the planet. An evil idology that has killed millions. Like Lincoln and slavery, we must not allow it to continue, let alone let it hold office in the state.
Hopefully you will see his legislation or contact his office and tell him to stop his legislation Assembly Bill 137.
Guess we know what Chuck's political leanings are...
How about the National Socialists Party? That cool?
Regards.
When I said that I wanted California to become a "Red State," this isn't exactly what I meant.
They are here in spirit and function anyway. So now, the pinkos want to validate Claifornia as a communist-supporting state -- how really patriotic and American of them. I wonder if the ghosts of 50,000+ dead soldiers of Viet Nam would agree with this scumbag's idea that pandering to communists is really cool....???
The California Bear on the flag will be replaced with a HAMMER-AND-SICKLE.
That would be nice, too.
That would be nice, too.
Who but a Communist would want something like this? Those people should be persecuted with great prejudice!
Well, the flag already has a bear and a red star. What more could you want? < /s>
So here is the picture-perfect model of a Reagan Republican, right??

Do I smell the droppings of a RINO ???
I've given up on California. Sometimes I wonder if it isn't best to just let them screw up so bad that the state literally falls apart. What is holding me back is that there are indeed good people in that state. I sincerely pity them.
Anyone in the democrat party is already either a communist, an islamist or too dumb to know the difference.
In 1998, Assemblyman Kopp wanted to do the same under the guise of getting rid of government regulations and smaller government. It actually got through committee and approved by both Pete Knight and, George Runner.
After the committee vote, both were contacted. The Santa Clarita newspaper (the signal) ran many news articles on the subject and the legislation was finally voted down on the floor.
History repeats itself.
I am amazed, yet not surprised that there is some sort of negative, synonymous relationship between Lincoln and slavery...
If my history does not deceive me, I recall that there was some sort of proclamation made by Lincoln that granted freedom and status, to the enslaved people brought to this country, and those who were born of those people...
Hmmmmmm, me not digging the inflections of this guys thinking...
Of course the thing that I would like to do to a person like this might cause them brain damage...
But that's just me fantasizing...One of these days, people are pretty much not going to put up with stupid people like this anymore...
echhh, I'm done ranting...
The Communists already have a political party in California. It's called the Democratic Party.
My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union; and what I forbear, I forbear because I do not believe it would help to save the Union. I shall do less whenever I shall believe what I am doing hurts the cause, and I shall do more whenever I shall believe doing more will help the cause. I shall try to correct errors when shown to be errors; and I shall adopt new views so fast as they shall appear to be true views.
I have a problem with government deciding who gets to have a political party. If you can ban commies, there's nothing preventing you from banning anyone else you don't like, such as the Libertarian Party, Reform Party, or even Republican Party.
