My mother missed quite a few things in my life. As I grew up and got out of my self pity stage - I realized there were reasons why. I never held it against her. I come from divorced parents too just like Andrew. Self pity is a big thing with kids during that time of divorce. Believe me. Seems like Donna Hanover did her dirty work with her kids too.
