Did they ever conclude that he sexual harassed that girl? I would hardly call that honorable.
"That girl" was Anita Hill, who was a poor innocent defenseless Yale Law School graduate at the time she was supposedly "harassed." Even if everything she said had been true, Thomas would have been guilty only of occasional mild public vulgarity, which is not a crime. She was a partisan leftist hit girl and an ingrate, not a victim. Hill should have praised Thomas for helping her so much with her career. Instead, she betrayed him.
David Brock's "The Real Anita Hill" makes a good case against Hill. Though Brock later publicly and profitably disavowed the book when he became a Democrat, he never retracted the principal charges that his book raised against Anita Hill.
