You're leaving out the "except for the life of the mother", which was the crux of the problem of the Bill that was passed and why it is still in the courts.

"Some of you" excludes you, if you have not made those statements. But then, you do enjoy nonexistent picking nits.

Giuliani:I've said that I'll uphold a woman's right of choice, that I will fund abortion so that a poor woman is not deprived of a right that others can exercise, and that I would oppose going back to a day in which abortions were illegal.

So there you have it. Rudy supports killing babies. And as an added bonus, he wants to force me to pay for it in direct violation of the Hyde Amendment!

He's a fraud.

Then there was Rudy in 2000 on the subject of PBA:

From Meet The Depressed with Russert:

[But when a]sked by Tim Russert on “Meet the Press” in 2000 if he supported President Bill Clinton’s veto of a law that would have banned the disputed abortion procedure, Mr. Giuliani said, “I would vote to preserve the option for women.” He added, “I think the better thing for America to do is to leave that choice to the woman, because it affects her probably more than anyone else.”

Rudy is a liar.

Then there's Rudy on the subject of parental notification of a minor childs abortion:

From 1997: [O]n a 1997 candidate questionnaire from the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League of New York, which Mr. Giuliani completed and signed, he marked “yes” to the question: Would you oppose legislation “requiring a minor to obtain permission from a parent or from a court before obtaining an abortion.”

Rudy wants your 14 year old daughter to be able to get an abortion without your knowledge or consent. If she wants to get her ears pierced, she needs parental consent. If she wants to get a tattoo, she needs parental consent.

But if your 14 year old daughter wants an abortion, Rudy thinks you have no right to even know about it.

He's a liar and a fraud.

Then there's Rudy on Gun Control:

Here's his position:

One of the most aggressive gun control advocates today is Republican mayor Rudolph Giuliani of New York City, whose administration sued 26 gun manufacturers in June 2000, and whose police commissioner, Howard Safir, proposed a nationwide plan for gun licensing, complete with yearly "safety" inspections.

Rudy is a fraud.

But then, you do enjoy nonexistent picking nits.

No ma'am, your lies and misconceptions are very existent. But better people than I have tried to get you to see facts and failed and were attacked by you for having the gall call to you on your verbal gymnastics.

Life of the mother is indeed the crux of the problem with the bill. Those with the ability to understand see that the life of a mother will be construed by abortionists (using both definitions) can be minor problems (such as her social life will be ruined) compared to killing a viable baby.

You so know that it was originally the health of the mother. If a mother was distraught (considered a health problem) over having to have a live baby living with her she could have it killed at 9 months gestation. BTW, speaking of the life of the mothers, PBA is considerable more dangerous to the life of the mother than giving birth is.

Very few PBA's are preformed to save the life of a mother, most are done for convenience. Those that would not sign the bill are supporting a mother's desire to have it killed seconds before it could be born alive.
