I don't think he will, which means the status-quo will continue and the U.S. budget may hit $10 trillion by 2015.

I disagree. I think he would have a better chance of doing it than the other candidates.

Reforming, phasing-out, or eliminating socialist institutions such as Social Security and Medicare is going to require real, honest leadership. If Rudy cannot lead on traditional issues that have kept the Republic functioning, then there's no need to believe that he'll lead on fiscal and national security matters as well. Even Rudy's so-called vaunted "leaderhip" will be no match for the millions of Americans and Democrat politicians who are completely dependent on these programs.
