"The difference is this: When she makes a statement like that on Hardball, our candidates are not forced to apologize for her.

When she makes a "faggot" statement from the same stage as our candidates, they ARE forced to respond."

And by "statement" you mean joke.

Why were the candidates forced to respond?

Last year Ann Coulter called (some) Arab terrorists "ragheads."

Which candidates were "forced" to respond to that statement?

And where is this law written, and who does the "forcing?"

She should know that all of her comments will get greater scrutiny when she is sharing the stage with the next Republican presidential candidate.

It's kind of hard for them to avoid her comments when they are at the same convention, speaking from the same podium.

She is old enough to know the difference.

Sam that is an interesting thought. What law and who wrote it that the others have to respond. I have always felt the best comment was, Speak to Ann, she said it.

BTW, are you any relation to Sam Hill from Marshall Michigan, or just admire the man. He had a reputation to swear in a way that was an art back in the late 19th century.
