Pul-leeze. I was there. Everyone was so offended that they stood on their feet when Ann was done and gave her a standing ovation for her performance art. Yes, that's what it is.
Boys and girls, this ain't beanbag. It ain't even politics. We're at war with traitors, and Edwards is in fact a dangerous man. She just got a nation thinking about what a wussified dork Edwards is. God bless her.
Agreed. It was a joke. A poignant one, at that. It wasn't "dignified speech" - whatever that is - anyway. However, I really have major issues about letting pro-homosexual activitsts dictate our sensibilities.
I don't use the term "faggot" most of the time when discussing homosexuality, in part because the libs have somewhat succeeded in making it politically-incorrect: to the point that it's use gets in the way of reasoned debate when talking to certain kinds of people.
But I refuse to accept any criticism if and when I do choose to use it (such as when I think I am among like-minded individuals and perhaps telling a joke), and certainly would vehemently oppose anyone who tried to make ME or my children check into rehab (or more likely, "diversity training") if I ever dared to use it.
