Duncan Hunter could not have voted for the bill in your 'interesting' little card. He's not a Senator, and that was a Senate Bill. You're getting sloppy since you went over to the liberal's side, Registered. Couldn't go to the trouble of finding the House bill number?

Senate Bills do get voted on in the House, if they originated in the Senate. Here's the roll call.

It was voted on in both houses of Congress, S. 686 in the Senate (Frist sponsored), and H.RES 182 in the House (Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-GA)).  Congress was open all day that day, they held press conferences in the morning of the day they were going to go into special session for votes in both the Senate and the House, and Duncan Hunter was at each press conference.
