All he has to do is ask Senator Feinstein if she ever noticed any rats or other problems when she visitied the facility to see her constituents who might have been at the hospital while she was on the the Veterans Affairs Subcommittee.
Everyone knows there were no wars,natural disasters, poor, homeless, or deteriorating conditions in federal buildings before January 20, 2001.
