That is putting it mildly. The rats that want to win the Presidency without a third party to mess things up for the Pubbies know she is too polarizing to ever be President. The rats have been trying to get the Clintons off the stage for Years without any real success because everyone is afraid of them and their FBI Files and Dixie Mafia henchmen. It is taking a totally irresponsible, Muslim, Clothes horse, Rude, Mouthy, half black (not faux black like Slickie), ambitious, delusional, Girlie man to give the rats a chance to break away from the Odd Couple. Up to now Susan Estrich (maybe after several, maybe 8-10 cocktails) had the courage to write about dumping them, and she was kicked in the head for it, and then she backed off. The rats think they have hit pay dirt, and that is why Geffen and a few others are speaking out. I do not think Slickie is up to another Campaign and Hillary is absolutely shrewish on her own. This is not lost on Rats, they want a winner. Luckily for us, they have latched on to someone with a great many flaws, just not as many as the Odd Couple. It reminds me of a Women that is running away from an abusive Marriage and she runs into the arms of "Jack the Ripper".

You say that now, but wait until she calls you ten times a night. Bet you cash money she does that!!
You'd have to be way cuter than her, (and she is cute) to get by with that.

She has a mental problem that nobody seems to want to give her a heads up on I'm glad to hear you say that. I thought maybe I was
losing perspective for a minute.
She has really started to sound a little "WHACKIE" at times.

I never make it (carrot cake) without adding crushed Pineapple (in it's natural juice), and Chopped Pecans and Raisins. I also only use cream cheese Frosting on top. This is certainly not diet Carrot Cake. Someone is making a Roast in my neighborhood, it is permeating the damp air, and It reminds me of Sunday afternoons growing up. Some day they will invite smell-o-vision and we will enjoy your Dinner vicariously.

That is priceless. I did read about it yesterday via
PowerLine but hadn't gone to the source article.
The PowerLine guys add in some interesting commentary on other points of view that don't acknowledge the errors of those times, particularly the New York Times and their reporter who served as the "hero" of the movie The Killing Fields (played by Sam Waterston) who blamed the US for the genocide, not the communists. They still haven't acknowledged the genocide they enabled. The author of the piece you link to has acknowledged how wrong he got things back then and argues against repeating the same mistakes now. The rest of the DBM hasn't gotten that message.
Maybe this is an opening shot in the battle to retake the rhetorical high ground.
That has to be our most important argument right now. We won't let them make this Vietnam because in Vietnam THEY caused the enslavement, torture and slaughter of millions of innocent human beings. And they still think that was a good thing. We have to rub their noses in the atrocities committed in their name.
Hillary and Bill. John Kerry. Charlie Rangel. Walter Cronkite and every F'n reporter on the air today. They and their "anti-war" allies all have the blood of millions on their hands. Every time they open their mouths we must shove this down their throats.
We've got to trot out the clips of "peace" groups singing "all we are saying is give peace a chance" back in the Vietnam era then switch to pictures of the victims of the killing fields, then show pictures of the Iraqis with their purple fingers and ask them what kind of "peace" they are talking about.

Dang....I just saw a blurb on the Fox News ticker that Mr. Gordon that was the head of the NAACP has quit....he says because of differences between he and the board of directors...
WOW..that is big.
I think he took grief for going to meet with Pres. Bush, IIRC.

Laura has a good heart. I listen to her occasionally on the am dial when traveling ... have a routine when I'm home, so I don't catch her show then. If she need someone to talk with/to, it wouldn't be a burden 'cause she's worth keeping sane for the political scene.

Lindsey was a J.A.G. if memory serves, so it ticks him off when someone denigrates the troops. He's also a true pro-lifer from the correspondence during impeachment when I was trying to get the House Judiciary to take up the abortion issues with more verve. You may not agree, but I think he would make a heck of a President someday. If he would only unhitch his wagon from the McCain sloggery.

Yeah, I remember how even some Conservatives dissed RR because they could not force him to do their bidding, just like they are doing with GWB. Some things never change. They all seem to forget that he signed on to be President of all the People not just the Conservative right. i will take 75-80 percent and not complain. I am confident about Iraq and so are the Soldiers. Even the poorest of Iraqis have seen the good life on TV, and they want it just like Americans, Brits, Japanese, fill in the blank. Just like I told the Mother of an Iraqi War veteran of two tours soon to be redeployed in May. We will be working very hard to win the Battles with the DBM and the Rats here at home, while your Son and his fellow fighting men and women will win the battles overseas. It is the least we can do.

he stated he had been a military lawyer for 23 years today...the problem I have with him outside his support for the President and our troops in the WOT is he has no brass...he's a follower not a leader...he had potential when he was elected to the Senate but not with me anymore....he was part of the gang of 14 and he does need to remove his nose ring from McCain...

We can see it, why can't her friends see it? She seems to be very needy, and she has in the past been very good at her job. She needs a good stable person in her life to lean on, or she is going to crash one day. I hope her friends or Family come through first.

It was only a few blocks from where I lived in the District way back then. Great place to dine. Do you remember "The church of the Pilgrims"? Rock Creek Park? St. Mathews Cathedral? Dupont Circle was my stomping grounds, but wow has it changed it is loaded with Gay Bars now. Probably for Barney Frank's concubines.
