Hey Ray, what did you do with all those school buses that came underwater because you refused to use them to evacuate the people? Were they sold at a garage sale?

They tried selling one of the busses on eBay.

Their first effort netted almost $ 7k in bids and then they had to restart the auction due to bizarre legal requirements.

The second one netted almost $4k, below the reserve, so I'm not sure what happened to the bus or if they ever managed to sell it.

I really liked the guy selling the bus. He was pummelled with questions and answers, including someone who proposed to use it as a submarine. His reply, if I recall correctly, is that he thought it would be able to submerge, but wasn't sure about the other part!

I wonder what the salvage value of one of those things would have been. Anyone know?
