You are free to be twisted by MSM/liberal interpretation of what Coulter's remarks in order for liberals to get a denunciation of said remarks out of conservatives. It worked with Trent Lott, it worked when Pat Robertson said Chavez should be assassinated, and now it's working for Coulter, several times I might add.
It's too bad you and other members of the "I'm shocked, just shocked I tell ya" crowd cannot see that you're simply being hosed by the liberals when they want conservatives to apologize on behalf of or condemn perceived controversial remarks made by other conservatives.
The Big 3 should have STFU or issued a no-comment when asked about Coulter's remarks. That they went out of their way to apologize shows that they don't have the fortitude necessary to take on the Democrats.
I think it shows that the big three know the difference between wit and ridicule. Common decency is a conservative value.

So once again, it's the "All About Ann" show: the CPAC story's all about her now, her name recognition goes up and her book sales spike. And as usual, as it is every time she pulls one of her self-serving turns in the spotlight, it's the conservative movement that gets hosed and serious people (read: voters) turn away in disgust. No one in their right mind should think for an instant that anyone on the left is upset about this. It is 'rat whorehouse politics at its most transparent. I am extremely disappointed at how many otherwise attentive freepers are uncritically sucking down this liberal drool.
