Human sacrifice is done to appease the gods, not to entertain some audience. There is a big difference.

Your proposition is a naive oversimplification and a perverse misreading of historical records.

Wow, a bold comment with color. I wasn't convinced previously, but now, it must be true!

So tell me, what is it really like (preferably in a blue-colored comment)? Neither the Greek nor the Roman gods demanded human sacrifice, so why give them sacrifice if they don't want it?
