I first heard the order was:

    Romney, Giuliani, McCain.

But then someone else said the order was:

    McCain, Romney, Giuliani.

The last comment I heard ...

    While running to the microphone, Romney tripped McCain who fell against Rudy who still managed to pull the microphone out of Mitt's mitts.
