Okay, first of all this thread, which you started about Ann Coulter, you've made a number of negative comments about her.

And you made an anti-Ann comment on this thread:

And you made an anti-Ann comment on this thread, a Bill Maher thread, your post #22

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1794568/posts

And you made an anti-Ann comment on this thread, about Howard Dean denouncing her (I guess you agree with him) your post #48

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1794414/posts

And on this thread, about the blogosphere criticizing Ann, a couple of anti-Ann comments:

Interesting. You really hate her, it's clear. And I note that you call a couple of FReepers who disagree with you, "morons."

And this is the only thing you have in your profile:

"No more crooks, frauds, or 'moderates'. Movement conservatives are what's needed to advance an agenda that helps people reach their full potential."

Frankily, n00b, that could have been written by Edwards. Conservatives are not about an agenda that helps people "reach their full potential." They are about less government, even if people fail to reach their full potential. They are about government letting people alone, so they can decide if they want to reach their potential or not. They are about lower taxes, they are about protecting the borders, they are about freedom of speech, and they are about the Constitution.

Ann Coulter has more genuine conservative props than you will EVER have, has taken more guff, and has put herself on the line numerous times. It seems to bother you that she also is a commercial success. What's that about?

What that means is no more Bob Neys, Duke Cunninghams, Lincoln Chafees or other pork barrel spending pols claiming to be conservatives. The reaching one's full potential means(to me)keeping government out of the people's lives and the economy so they can flourish on their own. I believe socialism and big government stops people from reaching their full potential. I was so pissed with the Hastert led House I created this new profile just to illustrate the point.
Thank you for the lesson on what conservatism is all about. I hope that, along with looking through my posting history, was fulfilling to you.

I don't accept what you say as true. Ann simply has thrown red meat to those who were ready to snap it up anyhow. She is not persuasive in her speaking and in fact goes out of her way to alienate those who aren't yet as far along in their conservatism. Whatever money she has and whatever velvet ropes she is able to get past is fine with me and has no bearing on my life. I believe I am a far richer person than she will ever be though.

Very well put. Thank you.
