Even on the tactical front, I agree with Anne. Americans won't elect either a homo or someone too clearly identied as sodomite apologist. If Conservatives can properly make these people look like the excrement covered abominations they really are, it will focus the electorate. Edwards comes out of this looking like a Pansey.
