I believe we do have to upgrade our highway system in TX but This Toll Rd crap is out of control. Perry would have us paying for toll roads everywhere we go.

And why the hell do we need tolls to pay for these roads when TX had an 8 billion dollar budget surplus last year.
Aren't our gasoline taxes already targeted for the highway system?

And why cant Perry find a TX contractor to do the work? why are we funneling TX money to Spain?

I should have voted for Kinky Friedman.
