Me too for about 5 weeks now. Was getting much better then overdid myself with kiln loading.

Don't like to go on antibiotic as it blunts my already blunted immune system more. Doing herbal stuff which works better now that I've got the doses up more. Hate being laid so low so long.

ZICAM at least keeps the throat and nose clear or mostly so. But the chest is so far a roller coaster.

Please let me know if you find something that dramatically helps.
