Your definition reminds me of vehicle drivers in general. Ever observed cart drivers in stores. Same story. People in general are bad drivers no matter what the product motorized or otherwise. In addition, they appear to be only interested in their little footprint, instead of the area surrounding their little footprint, which impacts lots of people.
