"Please circulate this to all motorized sports enthusiasts, so they can remember never to vote for me.

Adam Kline"

This email is a fraud.

From a part of the article that I was forced to excise:

It has been widely circulate and Kline's office is getting lots of calls from off-road enthusiasts. I'm trying to get a copy of what Mr. Hegelson sent Kline. For his part, Kline has no regrets. And let's face it, how many "motorized sports enthusiasts" are there in Kline's liberal Seattle district? Kline told Times reporter Elliott Wilson that snowmobilers have ruined ski trips for him and his daughter, they make noise and pollute.

No self-serving, mendacious reprobate RAT politician would ever put those words in writing.

Perhaps he has suffered a recent severe head injury and experienced a fleeting moment of lucidity?

"snicker"

A couple of years back he sponsored a series of radical anti-gun legislation. I wrote to him seeking a clarification on one of the bills. I was respectful in my tone and not even accusatory - just asking questions.

He responded, immediately going to the extreme offensive. He was rude, disrespectful, arrogant (in other words, the perfect Dhimmicrat!). We went back & forth a few times until he told me "Look, I can do anything I want and there ain't a damn thing you can do to stop me. Contact me again and I will get a restraining order against you for stalking"

Yes, I can fully believe that this letter came from this world-class POS!
