And a good shot. ;0)

So where's the problem. Which do you object to? Marriage, children, or grandchildren?

Worked as a shoe salesman, truck driver, and even a factory worker prior to becoming a lawyer. Thompson generally took the opposite side of the unions in legislation.
The more I learn, the more I respect. Have my prayers been answered? we shall see.

I find it telling that even some of the Rudyites on here are excited by this prospect.<<< I'm one. I'm a Hunterite who has the pragmatic realization that even if I send him a bunch of money, he's not gonna turn the corner! So, until Thompson showed up, the default was Guilianni.
This is a new ball game - although we are still waiting for the first pitch. With Thompson at the plate and Hunter on deck...we might have a one-two punch of hitters that would simply flatten Missy Hillary, not to mention the thin-skinned whiny one from Chicago.

Fred voted to NOT convict Bill Clinton. I cannot forgive that vote.At this point what candidate would be better?

Have been looking for someone I could support. Was leaning towards Hunter or maybe Romney. If Fred runs that changes everything.

And, if I don't run? (hypothetically, of course...)In political speak saying you are considering a run means you have declared. So if Thompson doesn't run you're in. You've already got 2 votes on this thread alone so you're on a roll. Name recognition may be a problem but that can be overcome.
