We don't say that as someone better than any one else. We say that in a spirit of gratitude and it's our job to share it with everyone else and move forward with the vision that Ronald Reagan had -- as a shining city on the hill.

Because people will say he's using Reagan's name now that hge's running for the presidency but since he clearly thought highly of Reagan in 1999, before he had any thoughts about the president, I think it would be an important re-post here).
