Hi Aqua... so glad I have a little time to chat. That is SOOOOO beautiful.
For we gardeners and plant lovers, that is a joyful sight.
How's everyone's weekend?
We had a good weekend. BUT not looking forward to the foundation people coming back tomorrow to redo the foundation.
Very nice weekend here, stopem. How about you?
The weather warmed up just in time yesterday and today, so I had lunch Saturday at an outdoors cafe with a friend of mine.
It is still daylight on the West Coast and I am savoring every last minute of it!!

A beautiful Sunday night to you, MEG....!!

Hello! Our daffodil's are already in bloom here. We're having another cold spell but the daffodil's have already let the secret out of the bag and we know what's coming next. :)
Daffodils in bloom? Well then, you have an excuse to be daffy!!!
;^)
I love daffodils!
The wind chill factor was 24 when I went out before dawn to refill the birdbaths.Sharp reminder that those warm mornings we had were not the norm.
The Robins and Cedar Waxwings literally drank them dry the day before..and . I had noted a fox strolling by in the early morning hours and "marking" the birdbath saucers again..Cute gray fox.. I had two raccoons also drinking out of them.
It's been a beautiful week despite the chilly mornings.
.
I don't think I've ever seen a fox.
Also, we do not have cedar waxwings here, or robins. :((
Today, it feels like we're getting some warm air from the Gulf. Verrrrry pleasant.
Thanks, I needed one. :P
(loved the tulips)
I had never seen a fox until I moved into this house..They come by at hours when normal people are sleeping..and my backyard is unfenced. It backs up to wooded ravine where they can live..right in a populated area. I love it because I love nature watching..
Birds and squirrels entertain me and my cat. She sometimes "barks" at them..LOL
I have sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and a larger one in the dining room/living room that overlook the woods and patio. She races through the house from door to door when something exciting happens..like 30 or more waxwings landing on the patio to drink. The robins excited her when they first came but now she is content to sit and watch them.
Thank you.My crayon colors contribution..
;0)
Anytime, Aqua.
As my Mother always said to me, "You always have an excuse!"
I might as well share some of them.
LOLOL...
I could nature watch all day and all night. I do what I can in the urban setting; probably notice more than most do. I watch the sky a lot, phases of the moon and so forth.
City is really dreadful for its lack of nature though. I'm not as keen on people as I am on plants and animals...
Except when it comes to FReepers, of course...:)
almost NOT a beautiful Sunday night
opps..too late.. a BEAUTIFUL Monday morning?
