you know full well, that the concern regarding Hunter - is his appeal in the general election, whether its broad enough to attract the votes from the middle, needed to win.
the republican base cannot elect a president on its own.
What's to be afraid of? Rudy supporters would have no trouble supporting Hunter if it came to the General.
The "true conservatives"© are the ones in need of a stress pill and some political maturity.
One thing you and the other Rudy trashers have never understood... Yes, Rudy is our choice and we think he will win the nomination... but the point you miss is we will vote for whoever gets it, and happily, we want to win in 2008.
No...................YOU be afraid, be VERY AFRAID! Rudy did not have a team on the ground and did almost NOTHING there. OTOH, Hunter has a team there, who worked feverishly and spent money on a straw poll that attracted very few people. And Rudy STILL won! :-)
