If Hunter adds 2 paid campaign staff, I think he could have picked up that 6 vote differential. But that's a lot of money to spend for 6 votes. Looks like Hunter spends money very wisely.
And Rudy spent almost nothing, on this straw poll.
When I heard about a straw poll in S.C., my first thought was Rudy Guiliani would probably come in 3rd or 4th. That is the expectation reading this forum had given me. His win there is quite an accomplishment, especially with so little effort on his part and in one of the states least likely to support him.
