With 71 of 75 precincts reporting, Giuliani had garnered 123 votes. California Rep. Duncan Hunter was running in second place, with 110 votes, and Arizona Sen. John McCain at 86 votes, according to county GOP officials.

Do you deny saying it? For the FR record?
I want you on record. Do you deny saying it?
You made the claim; post it or shut the hell up about it, Nancy boy.
FRed and Tommy FRanks would be fine by me.
"Yes, you are right, but sometimes when the man has huge star power, a simple appearance can be a lot to compete with. In any event, it's very hard to tell too much from this at this point."
But wasn't Rudy suppose to meet his "Waterloo" in SC because of some of his views? Sorry, star power doesn't fully explain it.
Do you deny saying it? Or is this just another one of your ploys?
Red herring. our constitution provides absolute protection for inter-personal contracts. That is the basis of the irrevocable trusts that we use to protect our wealth and property. Those trusts can also create a gay 'family' without need for legislation.
"some local government restriction of guns where they so choose, that is Constitutional..."
I don't remember reading the word 'except' after the word 'infringed' in the second ammendment.
Once again, you're a big blowhard.
I am very familiar with that poll. It deals with the primary, not the General Election. I don't care about the primary. I know Rudy's absolute ceiling is 75% of the GOP primary vote. To meet the issue posited, we need a poll of how many Pubbies when informed, will defect in the General Election.
I will post it once you deny saying it. Your refusal is telling. If you are so certain it doesn't exist, why do you refuse to deny it?
Now you're trying to change my words again; I said those were not my words and that you took it out of context.
If you have it, post it.
Wonderful. I still want to see the freaking poll, irrespective of however arresting your personal opinions on policy or the Constitution might be, or not be.
when two guys or two gals as a civil union can reproduce all by their lonesome, get back to me and I might take what you offered more seriously. not sure why their union should be accorded as "normal" until they can accomplish that little feat. jmo
Do you deny saying that certain conservative issues were a "boot on your neck?"
You're still doing it.
If you have it and are so hell bent on embarassing me, post it or shut the hell up.
I certainly never said that. And I've pointed out several times that this was Spartanburg County specifically which is a little different from other counties in the Upstate (the conservative core) of South Carolina. We're going to have to wait until more info (straw polls, etc.) comes in to really get an idea of what is going on.
And you're absolutely right, star power isn't the only part of it, but I do think it's playing an important role at this stage.
The Duncan Hunter that has a son who has done two tours in Iraq.
I asked a simple question.
Do you deny posting on FR that certain conservative values were a boot on your neck? A simple yes or no will suffice. Since you are discussing context, you must be aware of the post you made.
I knew you didn't have anything.
Again.
Don't get your hopes up....it's not going to happen.
