"Why are you trying to create a sense of panic here?"

I'm not trying to create panic, I'm trying to point out that it's not enough to say "no to Rudy." We have to say "yes" to someone. And the big choices on this board appear to be Duncan Hunter and Newt Gingrich. Duncan Hunter is around 1% in the polls, and a recent Foxnews poll showed that 62% of respondents said they would NEVER vote for Gingrich. Highest response of any candidate.

So I react with some despair when I see "reject Rudy and go with Duncan Hunter." Because no serious political commentator thinks Hunter has a chance.

All of your posts are about how the sky is falling on the Republican Party. This is a huge non-issue because the election is 610 days or several political lifetimes away.

We do not need to panic or worry or fret. We simply need to flesh out all of these candidates.

And there will be more candidates in the future.

The "serious commentators" are all MSM shills. Think about it: how much campaign money will it take to distribute that YouTube link to 100,000,000 people? It's a new world.

If Hunter gets to 10% before June he's got a damned good chance to get nominated. Once he's nominated, he's got just as much media as any other Republican would get. IMO the message will resonate, particularly after the Democrats have betrayed everything they promised to get their current majority.

***That's what they were saying about Kerry in 2004. Dean's numbers were much higher than his. It's still early in the primary season.
