Rudy himself cited his NY experience as supporting his contention that's he'll appoint conservative judges. So it's a legitimate inquiry. IMO the only answer is to point to the conservative, even if only on crime, judges he appointed.

Apologetics about the appointment system or political makeup of the legal community are irrelevant.

Rudy pointed to his 100 judicial apointments as evidence of his judicial conservatism.

Now it's "Where's the Beef" time.

You didn't parse that right. He pointed to those appointments as evidence that he took the appointment process SERIOUSLY. As apparently he did, since he got such high praise from the abortion-rights crowd.
