No. The thing with NK is that Crazy Kim's an atheist so he doesn't believe he has 72 virgins waiting for him if he kills a bunch of mi-gooks (Americans). We also have China and Russia who don't want Crazy Kim to have any more delusions of grandeur either. Crazy Kim wants to keep power in the here and now so we will have to be crafty with our diplomacy but we might be able to actually work something out.
Iran OTOH, believe they'll get their 72 virgins if they kill as many Jews and Americans as possible. They have no concept of peace with non-muslims and their holy writ supports lying to the infidels any chance they get. We'll actually have to be tougher w/ Iran than w/ NK, IMO.
