I know this is a rerun, but Charlie Rangel is a two faced turd with his draft legislation. Savage's interview with him reveals his ulterior motive. Rangel stated that if there were a draft we probably wouldn't be in Iraq. Where was he when US troops went to foreign shores on Bill Clinton's watch? Then he accuses Bush of being ignorant of the nature of the conflict, then applauds Henry Kissinger's opinion, like the latter is somehow in the intelligence loop while the President himself isn't.
