I did qualify my contention that Antonella would be eliminated with the possibility that she would really have to sing better than ever to stay in===she did that. I knew that Alaina girl would go, and it was sad that it took her so long to be able to get her voice back enough to do her farewell "last turn". All that emotion is part of the appeal of the show, I rather enjoy it. The shocker was that Nick Pedro was eliminated and the soft and thin and girlish Sanjaya stayed on. Every Indian in America must have picked up their phone to vote for him. There are at least four girls who could make it to the Final Four, with possibly NONE of the guys. NONE of these guys is as good as Bo Bice was. And I think that surprise winner might turn out to be the very young plus-size Jordin Sparks. She may not be as good as Melinda, or Stepanie or the others but I can't see her being eliminated for a long time.
