Immigration Deadlines.
Why is it that only Liberals demand deadlines? They have told us that we have 10 years to an environmental tipping point, and demand to know when we will pull out of Iraq.
Well, as a concerned American, I want to know when at what date we will end ILLEGAL Immigration, and the date we will start deporting the ILLEGAL ALIENS. This is a real problem - not a fake one like Anthrogenic Global warming.
We have put a man on the moon, saved the world from Hitler’s Superman, and found a cure for polio. Yet even though we were able to move several million men to fight in Europe and Japan during WWII, we can’t seem to stop uneducated peasants from sneaking across our borders. Why?
I would think that only Liberal problems, either real or not, are the most pressing. What about a deadline to stop funding all social programs for illegal aliens and their children? Where is the deadline to remove all Spanish speakers help lines from the places we call, especially where English is button 2? When can we expect that ONLY ENGLISH signs will be seen?
Would not a mandate and time line for immigration reform be important? Congress should have 6 months to find a way to both stop ILLEGAL ALIENS, and to cut legal immigration to pre-1965 levels of 200,000 a year. Why do we need to allow over 2 million legal and illegal immigrants in the USA each year?
So why aren’t conservatives making demands, saying the debate for illegal immigration is over, anyone who talks against reform is a denier and a traitor. The problems illegal immigrates are causing are real and avoidable. The solutions are to enforce the laws, fine employers, and stop all benefits to the ILLEGAL ALIENS and their children.
The result was seen when ICE recently arrested a few hundred ILLEGAL ALIENS at a meat packing plant. Wages went up immediately up and American Citizens were standing in line for the jobs. The whole economy of the town went up, because the money stayed in the country and was not sent to a foreign country.
It is time that we all started to contact the local press and our representatives and demand to know when the President and Congress will get tough and stop the illegal alien invasion.

Be careful what you ask for. The Dems in Congress are currently drafting immigration "reform" legislation that is anything but. The RINOs in the Senate will gladly go along with it, preventing a filibuster, and Bush will sign it.

Oh, YES, let's all demand Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid do SOMETHING about illegal immigration, that's going to help! Because whenever you demand Rats do SOMETHING, it ALWAYS works out for the best!
