Sure. Ron Paul is for the WOT, hence he supported the Afghan War and proposed putting a bounty on Bin-Laden's head. He is against nation-building/Wilsonian wars like Kosovo and Iraq.

The main objectives have been attained - it is now time to come home - and then after that move the UN to Belgium or Africa for all I could care and let the States decide their own autonomy!
