I love any quote from her where she's pandering to her audience, ridiculously trying to pretend to be one of them ("And you know what I'm talkin' bout!")

Actually, it was that phrase that immediately came to my mind when I thought of my favorite quote. It really sums up the phoniness of HRC so well: the pandering, lying, weasel, do anything, say anything, win at all costs piece of garbage that she is.
