I'm not sure what you mean, but subliminal influences are known to cause effects.
The corrupt Democrats could easily add flashes of "good" for their candidates and "bad" for Republicans, or many other such forms of influence.
Indeed, we are of course talking about "flashes" here...so tell me a little about your thoughts on the link you posted at the bottom of #1.
