These are Tamil Tigers, A rebel Independence group of Tamales. They can be Muslim, Hindu, or Sikhs, mostly Sikhs who think they are some kind of Islam. other Muslims dissagree however, but that's nothing new among Muslim. Any Muslim minority sec who isn't a Muslim of the regional majority sec is a lessor Muslim, an apostate in their eyes.
