You'll have to excuse my quick insensitivity to the subject of Katrina "evacuees" due to the fact that I am in Houston and my neighborhood is flooded with them. Crime has jumped, homes are being robbed, and people are being raped and murdered. They are now a daily part of my life and the ones in my neighborhood are bums!
