Malarkey. The answer is called "machine scanned paper ballots" (note NOT punch cards). Solves all the problems.

You have it exactly backwards. The ONLY reason for leaving paper ballots was to allow Hillary to become president through massive, undetectable computer voting fraud. That's what Florida 2000 was all about.
