I will summarize what really happened here. The Federales were initially outsoldiered by the Davidians and it pissed-off the Federales. The Federales patience wore thin after a time and they decided on the "nuclear" option. Of course Herr Clinton effectively "denied all responsibility" and let that horrible old bag, Janet Reno, take the hit for this while feigning sadness at what took place.

I have a copy of the FLIR video and the assertion that the flashes seen were caused by the sun glinting off shiny objects on the ground have no basis in logic and reason. Those flashes were rhythmic and were obviously rounds being fired at the Davidians in an effort to keep them in the burning building. If some do-gooder wants to accuse people of harassment and murder, shift your focus from Abu Grabe and Club Gitmo onto the Waco debacle.

There are people who should have, and were not, charged and those should not have included the Davidians. In my never to be humble opinion, they were the victims of a horrible crime and not the perpetrators.
