Rudy is a fiscal and law and order conservative and many people think that what he did in NYC with regard to fiscal conservatism was one of the greatest governmental, fiscal and urban achievements of the 20th century.

Shhhhhheeeeeeeesh. Since when has selective law enforcement been equated with "law and order conservative? When did we all turn that corner and start sliding down that slippery slope?
