The Kelo decision ensures that the government holds the real title to your property regardless of who's name is actually on the document.

No other single issue causes me more grief and rage than this one. I do my best to relate this unconstitutional injustice to others, and most respond with either disbelief or indifference.

Kelo is the worst decision handed down since Plessy v. Ferguson. I'm crossing my fingers that Stephens or Ginsberg retires before Dubya leaves office, so we can get one more conservative on the bench and that boneheaded ruling can be overturned, along with CFR and Roe v. Wade.
